PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a washer capable of improving material yield.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a washer includes: a preparation step for preparing a longitudinal member N1 including an upper side crest part 20 and a lower side crest part 40 formed on at least either of an upper side surface and a lower side surface, and an upper side trough 30 and a lower side trough 50 in succession in the longitudinal direction to the upper side crest part 20 and the lower side crest part 40, and having salients 33, 53 formed on the upper side trough 30 and on the lower side trough 50, respectively; and a deformation step for deforming the longitudinal member N1 so that the upper side surface and the lower side surface become a circular arc respectively as a view from a front direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
