Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable wavelength optical filter that features reduced distribution of unnecessary pressure exerted when substrates are bonded together, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A variable wavelength optical filter 10 includes a first substrate 100, a second substrate 200 positioned opposite the first substrate, a first reflective film 130 provided on the first substrate, a second reflective film 210 provided on the second substrate and positioned opposite the first reflective film with an inter-reflective film gap G, and bonded sections 400 that bond the first substrate and second substrate together. The first substrate has a loading surface opposite a surface provided with the first reflective film, where all or a portion of an area overlapping the bonded section protrudes relative to other areas of the loading surface toward a direction crossing the substrate plane to form a protrusion 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
