Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wheel disk for vehicle, capable of suppressing thickening from being generated in a flange part of a compact in contraction processing.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a wheel disk for vehicle includes: a punching step of punching a rectangular metal plate so as to obtain a dodecagonal or hexadecagonal blank; and a first contraction step of obtaining a compact by subjecting the blank to contraction processing so as to form a flange part and a cylindrical part in a state of clamping the outer edge part of the blank. In the punching step, the metal plate is punched so as to form four sides among a plurality of sides of the dodecagonal or hexadecagonal blank by part of the respective four sides of the metal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
