Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a window glass with a frame body, capable of suppressing movement of a reinforcement member, when injection molding the frame body.SOLUTION: A production method of a window glass with a frame body is a method of producing a window glass with a frame body comprising a hard resin reinforcement member on at least one side of the frame body, and comprises: a step A for disposing the reinforcement member in a molding die along an end of a glass plate while securing a gap where the resin can flow during injection molding between the glass plate and the reinforcement member; a step B for closing the molding die and forming a gap of the frame body in the molding die; a step C for inserting a projection for maintaining an arrangement position of the reinforcement member at at least one portion of the reinforcement member; a step D for injecting the resin for forming the frame body to the gap; and a step E for pulling out the projection from the reinforcement member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
