Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of zinc oxide ore which can reduce fluorine concentration of the zinc oxide ore to low concentration while keeping zinc grade of the zinc oxide ore and running efficiency of a rotary kiln.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of zinc oxide ore comprises a reducing roasting process S20 getting rough zinc oxide by calcinating raw material ore, and a drying and heating process S40 getting zinc oxide ore by burning the rough zinc oxide in a drying and heating furnace. A carbon content control processing controlling the carbon content of the rough zinc oxide in charging to the drying and heating process S40 in lower than a specified value is performed.
