Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of hydrolyzed collagen for using cave swiftlet nest as a raw material, and to provide production methods of hydrolyzed collagen/hydrolyzed amino acids.SOLUTION: A production method of hydrolyzed collagen comprises (a) a pre-hydrolysis step of soaking cave swiftlet nest with clean water and subsequently adding Pandanus odorus or Stevia rebaudiana solvent base and soaking for further four hours; (b) a hydrolysis step of hydrolyzing in a 60 minutes step divided into 4 phases of different temperature; and (c) a post-hydrolysis step of performing in a 10 hours step divided into 2 phases of different temperature and different lux environment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
