Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing mask device in which good printing can be implemented even in a case that a printing pattern is made fine.SOLUTION: The screen printing mask device 11 related to the present invention comprises a stretching tool 10 which is provided with a support frame body 14 that is assembled as rectangular by four support bodies 12, engagement pins 22 each of that is mounted plurally with a predetermined spacing in the longitudinal direction of each support body 12 at the four support bodies 12 of the support frame body 14 and is mounted as movable in the direction of relatively approaching and separating against each facing support body, and movement mechanisms of the engagement pins 22, and a mask plate 19 in which, at four sides of a resin-made plate material 44, provided are engagement holes 20 into each of which the engagement pin 22 of the stretching tool 10 is inserted, and reinforcing plates 45 each of which reinforces the engagement hole 20 edge with which the engagement pin 22 is engaged, of the engagement hole 20 are fixed along the edge part of each side of the plate material 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
