Abstract:

To provide a material discharge device capable of reducing or suppressing wear generated with the lapse of time in a portion related to a valve for controlling supply and cut-off of a viscous material in a flow passage or in a component.SOLUTION: A material discharge device includes: a discharge part including a material supply port 21 and a material discharge port 22, and a flow passage 23 for connecting the material supply port and the material discharge port; a valve body 30 which performs flow rate adjustment of discharge of a material in the flow passage and in which a tip includes a tapered taper part 31; and a valve member 40 provided at the discharge part and for cutting off the discharge of the material from the discharge part by the taper part of the valve body being seated. The flow passage includes: a first flow passage 25 for communicating with the material supply port; and a second flow passage 26 for communicating with the material discharge port, connected with the first flow passage by crossing it, and for arranging the valve body in a movable manner. At a connection part between the first flow passage and the second flow passage, a regulation part 43 is provided which regulates the flow of the material from the material supply port or the material discharge port toward the taper part of the valve body, for allowing the material to go around to a base part side or a tip side of the valve body, and for allowing the material to circulate to the taper part of the valve body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
