Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inputting a raw material to a blast furnace capable of letting uniformity of coke mixture rate in a furnace radius direction and small and medium lump coke in a layer thickness direction of a coke mixed ore layer existing in more upper part of a coke mixed ore layer during inputting a mixed raw material by mixing iron ore and small and medium lump coke to the blast furnace.SOLUTION: The method for inputting a raw material to a blast furnace having a ratio between average particle diameter of a mixed small and medium lump coke and average particle diameter of mixed iron ore (average particle diameter of small and medium lump coke/average particle diameter of iron ore) in a range of 0.8 to 1.2 during inputting a mixed raw material by mixing the iron ore and the small and medium lump coke in advance to the blast furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
