Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement auxiliary device of a contact type displacement gauge capable of performing measurement by the contact type displacement gauge when a displacement amount of a measurement object or a part thereof exceeds a measurement range of the contact type displacement gauge to be used for the measurement.SOLUTION: A measurement auxiliary device 12 comprises: a base member 20; two first movable members 22, 24 having axis lines and one second movable member 26 having an axis line; and a first link member 28 and a second link member 30 configured to connect each of the first movable members 22, 24 to the second movable member 26 with an equal distance. The two first movable members 22, 24 and one second movable member 26 are supported by the base member 20 so as to be linearly movable in two mutually orthogonal directions, and so as to be rotatable around each axis line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
