To suppress a decrease in measurement accuracy while enabling a response time to be reduced.SOLUTION: The measurement system comprises: a plurality of sampling means; first transport means for transporting a gaseous matter from a measurement object region to each of the plurality of sampling means; a plurality of measurement means for measuring the concentration of each gaseous matter sampled by the plurality of sampling means; introduction means capable of introducing a gaseous matter for cleaning; a plurality of second transport means for transporting the gaseous matter or the gaseous matter for cleaning to the measurement means at a given flow rate; a plurality of selection means for selecting the gaseous matter supplied to the plurality of sampling means by opening/closing a passage; a plurality of opening/closing means capable of opening/closing each passage between the introduction means and the plurality of selection means; passage control means for controlling the opening/closing timing of each passage of the plurality of opening/closing means and the plurality of selection means; flow rate control means for controlling the flow rate of each of the plurality of second transport means; and computation means for computing the signals obtained from the plurality of measurement means and outputting the same as one measured value; whereby successively measuring the concentrations of the gaseous matters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
