Abstract:

To provide an assembling method of a bearing device, capable of improving the accuracy for management of preload quantity by suppressing the variation of natural frequency.

In a roll bearing device 1, a flange part 32 of a fixed body 3 is vibrated by an excitation part 9. The vibration given to the bearing device 1 is detected by a noncontact sensor of a vibration detection part 10, and a bending vibration mode of the fixed body 3 is detected by an arithmetic determination part 11. The preload quantity of the device 1 is estimated based on the natural frequency of the bending vibration mode of the fixed body 3 and a preset natural frequency of bending vibration mode of the fixed body 3.
