Abstract:
To provide an edible meat inspection system capable of accurately and speedily performing inspection work on edible meat of slaughtered cows, pigs, and the like and edible bird meat on which poultry treatment has been performed in an edible meat treatment facility.SOLUTION: An edible meat inspection system S comprises a management server 10 and inspection terminals 20 and tag readers 30 installed at a plurality of inspection points provided on a dissection/inspection line, the server, the terminals, and the readers being connected via a network 50. The tag readers 30 read tag information attached to trolleys for conveying carcasses according to slaughtered order and transmit the tag information to the management server 10. The management server 10 registers the tag information transmitted from the tag readers in connection with tally numbers according to the slaughtered order. The inspection terminals 20 display a tally number in connection with tag information and acquire inspection findings including selection of a type of disease and disposal part on a dissected part with respect to an organism of the tally number. The management server 10 registers inspection finding information transmitted from an inspection terminal of each inspection point in connection with a tally number for each organism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
