An associating part 6 associates a feature point 121 in volume data 100 acquired in a dorsal state with a feature point 221 in volume data 200 acquired in a prone state, and associates a feature point 122 with a feature point 222. A standardizing part 8 standardizes a distance between the feature point 121 and the feature point 122, and standardizes a distance between the feature point 221 and the feature point 222. An image forming part 7 sets the viewpoints at positions with the same standardized distances (the ratio of the distances) in each standardized section, and then, forms three-dimensional image data which expresses from an inner part a tubular tissue in each body posture, based on the volume data 100, 200.
