Abstract:
Provided is a medical aspiration instrument comprising: an evacuated container; an exhaust part (exhaust member 4) which is capable of evacuating the evacuated container by exhausting air to the exterior; an evacuated container-side one-way valve 8 which is positioned between the evacuated container and the exhaust member 4; and an exhaust part-side one-way valve 7 which is positioned between the exhaust member 4 and the exterior. The evacuated container-side one-way valve 8 allows the exhausting of the air from the evacuated container to the exhaust member 4 when the exhaust member 4 is restored from a second state to a first state while preventing aspiration from the exhaust member 4 to the evacuated container when the exhaust member 4 is transitioned from the first state to the second state. The evacuated container-side one-way valve 8 allows the exhausting of the air from the evacuated container to the exhaust member 4 even when the exhaust member 4 is in the first state, by drainage being aspired by the medical aspiration instrument and the pressure in the evacuated container being increased.
