PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions comprising a chylomicron and a carotenoid.SOLUTION: The present invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a micelle and a carotenoid, suspended in an aqueous solution and suitable for intravenous administration.
