Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-dose formulation in which the elution of a drug, tablet hardness, attaching property to a pestle and the like are improved, with respect to a pharmaceutical tablet containing a minodronic acid useful as an osteoporosis therapeutic agent, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or hydrate thereof.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical tablet contains 50 mg or 60 mg of a minodronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or hydrate thereof in the pharmaceutical tablet and contains one or more agents selected from the group consisting of croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone and carboxymethyl starch sodium, wherein a drug dissolution rate 15 minutes after the start of a dissolution test is 80% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
