Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-fractalkine antibody which, after administration to a human subject, results in a therapeutically effective improvement in rheumatoid arthritis.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition for treating rheumatoid arthritis. Here, the pharmaceutical composition comprises an anti-fractalkine antibody, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The composition is used so that, for a human, at least 100 mg of the anti-fractalkine antibody per dose is subcutaneously administered repeatedly.SELECTED DRAWING: None
