PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium transportation system capable of suppressing degradation of medium transportation efficiency in comparison with a case when a liquid-phase medium recovered from a reduced pressure container is transported by a pump.SOLUTION: A medium transportation system 30 includes: a first container 62 disposed below a reduced pressure container 50 with reduced pressure inside, connected to the reduced pressure container 50 in an airtight state, and accommodating a liquid-phase medium falling from the reduced pressure container 50; a second container 72 disposed above the reduced pressure container 50, connected to the first container 62 and the reduced pressure container 50 in an airtight state, and making the liquid-phase medium fall into the reduced pressure container 50; and a transporting unit 90 for heating and evaporating the liquid-phase medium accommodated in the first container 62, cooling and condensing the gas-phase medium in the second container 72, thereby transporting the medium from the first container 62 to the second container 72 in the gas phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
