Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory control device and memory system that can handle data read from a memory in re-adjustment of calibration.SOLUTION: A memory control device includes a calibration control unit 3 that controls the capture of data read from a memory 2 in response to a read request from a host control unit 1. The calibration control unit 3 includes: a timing adjustment unit 4 that adjusts a timing of a capture position of the read data; a read data capture unit 5 that captures the read data from the memory 2 according to the timing of the capture position; a re-adjustment instruction unit 8 that instructs re-adjustment of the capture position of the read data; and a lock position control unit 9 that stores a lock position suitable for the capture position of the read data for each re-adjustment instruction. The timing adjustment unit 4 adjusts the timing of the capture position of the read data on the basis of the lock position stored in the lock position control unit 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
