Title:
METAL MAGNETIC MATERIAL AND ELECTRONIC PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016178205
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the following problems: even though the increase in quantity of an insulative material other than a magnetic material is required for ensuring insulation in the case of preparing a glue with the magnetic material by a resin or the like or coating each particle with an insulative film, the increase in volume of a material other than the magnetic material leads to the degradation of magnetic property; just a low level of insulation is achieved and an adequate strength cannot be obtained in the case of using an Fe-Cr-Si alloy for material particles, and utilizing an insulative film of an oxide originating from a raw material composition element, which is formed on the particles of Fe-Cr-Si alloy; and the impregnation with a resin not only raises the cost, but also leads to a product inadequate in stability and therefore, it just offers a low level of practicability.SOLUTION: A metal magnetic material comprises: metal magnetic alloy powder including iron and silicon; and zinc added thereto. An electronic part comprises: an elemental body formed by use of the magnetic material; and a coil formed in the elemental body or on a surface thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
