Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finally accurately and strongly join a metallic member to a metallic body, and to also enable large reduction even in terms of manufacturing cost, by applying fine molding to the sintered-molded metallic member, when joining the metallic member to the metallic body.MEANS: In a method for joining a metallic member 2 to a metallic body 1, a joining method of metal is composed of a first process of sintering-molding the metallic member 2, a second process of molding-polishing the sintered-molded metallic member 2, a third process of applying film forming coating to a surface of the molded-polished metallic member 2, a fourth process of fitting the metallic member 2 after the film forming coating to a fitting part 3 preformed in the metallic body 1 and a fifth process of soldering the fitted-in metallic member 2 to the metallic body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
