Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of preventing a female mold from being injured when forming an E-type dust core.SOLUTION: A mold for forming an E-type dust core having an E-type cross-section includes: a female mold having a forming hole of an E-type cross-section shape formed along a first direction; a first male mold which has the E-type cross-section shape, is formed along the first direction to which the E-type cross-section shape is continued and can be inserted from one end side of the forming hole; and a second male mold which has the E-type cross-section shape, is formed along the first direction and can be inserted from the other end side of the forming hole. Therein, the second male mold consists of a pair of L-type column parts, the pair of L-type column parts have a pair of insertion parts which are separated and arranged to be opposed mirror-symmetrically and can be inserted to a pair of first through-holes and a rectangular column part, the rectangular column part has a second insertion part arranged adjacently between the pair of L-type column parts and a tip part of the second insertion part is protruded more than a tip part of the first insertion part in the insertion direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
