To prevent water from flowing in the inside and outside of a partition by improving a deposited layer under a caisson by impermeable treatment and also performing the impermeable treatment for the base of the caisson at a partition bulkhead in a waste reclaimed site.
When an ocean structure 10 is constructed by installing the caisson 11, an impermeable ground improvement part 4 is constructed by mixing a hardener with the deposited layer 3 on the upper side of a sea bottom ground 1, and an excavated groove part 5 is constructed on the portion of the deposited layer on which the caisson 11 is installed. After a foundation stone layer 6 is constructed, an asphalt mixture is placed, and the areas between the stones of the foundation stone layer are filled with a fluidized matter for hardening. A joint water-impermeable treatment part is also constructed between the caissons 11 to prevent water from flowing between the inside and the outside of the partition bulkhead without forming the gap between the lower part of the ocean structure and the caissons.
