PURPOSE: To provide a parts feeder which is constituted to reliably blow off parts without depending upon the shapes of parts.
CONSTITUTION: A groove 8 having length longer than that of a part (m) is formed in the advancing direction of the part (m) in the inner peripheral wall 2a of a bowl 2 in a state to front on a position where the part (m) is photographed and an air injection nozzle 9 is formed in the bottom of the central part of the groove 8. By discharging compressed air, sprayed against the part (m) through the air injection nozzle 9, through the two ends of the groove 8, the velocity of flow of air blown off through a gap between the part (m) and the inner peripheral wall 2a of the bowl 2 is suppressed to a low value and a negative pressure generated on the surface of the part (m) owing to exposure to an air flow is suppressed to a low value.
