Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of waste generated and lessen the disposal cost of waste by the removal of clinging matter, and to dispense with the purchase cost of sand as blast material. SOLUTION: In a method of removing the clinging matter produced in a fluidized bed device 32 using a fluidized bed 34, the fluid matter used for the fluidized bed 34 is jetted out by air thereby being caused to collide against the produced clinging matter for removal, and the fluid matter after use is fluidized in the fluidized bed 34, and the fine powder including the clinging matter in the fluid matter is separated with being carried on fluidizing air, thus the fluid matter is extracted from the fluidized bed 34, and coarse grains including lump clinging matter in the fluid matter are separated and removed by a classifying means 46, and the fluid matter from which fine powder and coarse grains are removed is reused.
