Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely perform separation when, in the state that a carrier film is positioned on a surface plate by vacuum sucking, a ceramic green sheet which is retained on the carrier film and has a specified size is separated from the carrier film, while the sheet is held by a suction head of vacuum sucking. CONSTITUTION:Negative pressure 32 is applied to a peripheral suction hole 26. Central suction holes 25 are opened to the air. In the above state, a ceramic green sheet 22 having a specified size is lifted by a suction head 27. At this time, the region corresponding to the peripheral part of the ceramic green sheet 22 on the carrier film 21 is bent at an acute angle. Thereby the ceramic green sheet 22 is immediately separated form the carrier film 21 in the peripheral part. This separation surely spreads over the whole region of the ceramic green sheet 21.
