Abstract:
An assembly doses and introduces meal (F) and liquid (W) pizza dough ingredients into a kneading machine (C). The assembly esp. has discrete measuring cylinders (11a, 5b) for each specific ingredient. The measuring cylinders are located above the kneading machine and are introduced to the kneading chamber by gravity. Also claimed is an operating process to measure and introduce the ingredients into the kneading chamber.
