Abstract:
The humidifier comprises a pressure chamber (4) containing humidifying agent. At least one jet-screen (3) in the form of an especially micro-nozzle, produces a continuous jet of humidifying agent (S) directed at the component. The screen is connected to the pressure chamber. The at least one control valve (6) controlled by a control unit, regulates the pressure of the humidifying agent in the at least one pressure chamber. A monitor unit monitors the pressure of the humidifying agent.
