Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative to a known power device for driving a wind screen wiper arm.SOLUTION: An output element 15 for a power device for driving at least one wiper arm of an automatic vehicle includes an output shaft 17, and a gear 40 which is integrated with the output shaft, being coaxial. The output shaft is made from plastic material, and the output element includes a metal insert 16. The plastic material of the output shaft is partially formed over the metal insert. By this, an insert head 25 is exposed to protrude from an end part of the output shaft, while connected to a wind screen wiper element, for rotating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
