Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate for secondary battery which achieves high-speed lamination and improves battery characteristics, and a manufacturing device.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a laminate for secondary battery by laminating a plurality of first separators, first electrodes, second separators and second electrodes in this order or the reverse order from a long sheet 300 including the first electrodes disposed in an equal pitch between two long separator original fabrics and second electrodes disposed on an upper or lower side of the first electrodes via one separator original fabric on a polygonal winding body 100. The laminate comprises a multilayer block including stage parts in parallel with a side face of the polygonal winding body and a separator guide including a sheet contact face in parallel with a rotation axis of the winding body between the stage parts. The method includes the steps of: supplying the long sheet onto the multilayer block; sticking them together; cutting them at a place other than a place where the first and second electrodes are positioned; and shifting the stage parts toward the rotation axis just by a thickness of a lamination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
