Abstract:
Provided are: a laminate for an insulating container, the laminate being of superior design and adaptable to small-lot production of multiple items; and an insulating container in which the laminate is used. The laminate for an insulating container is configured from a foam-suppression layer, a printing layer, a cover layer, a substrate layer constituted of paper, and a water-vapor-blocking layer that blocks water vapor generated from the paper constituting the substrate layer. The printing layer is configured to include a printing-layer binder. The printing-layer binder contains a urethane structure polymer and one or both of a photopolymerization initiator and a byproduct of a photopolymerization inhibitor, and the proportion of the urethane structure polymer relative to the total mass of the printing layer is 15-90% by mass. The foam-suppression layer includes a foam-suppression-layer binder. The foam-suppression-layer binder either contains no urethane structure polymer, or, even when containing a urethane structure polymer, the foam-suppression-layer binder contains the urethane structure polymer in a ratio of less than 15% by mass relative to the total mass of the foam-suppression layer.
