Abstract:
To provide an olefin resin composition for calendar molding capable of achieving both biting-in property to a calendar roll and mold releasability, and an automotive interior skin material using the composition and a method for manufacturing a molded body.SOLUTION: The resin composition for calendar molding is provided that contains 20-70 pts.mass of an ethylene copolymer rubber (A), 10-60 pts.mass of a polypropylene resin (B) having a melting point of 80-170°C, 1-15 pts.mass of a propylene-ethylene copolymer (C) which has a melting point of 70°C or lower or is not observed, has an amount of a specific molecular weight component obtained by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) satisfying a specific condition (percentage content of component having molecular weight of weight average molecular weight of 1.0×10or more of 0.1% or more and less than 1%, and percentage content of component having molecular weight of weight average molecular weight of 5.0×10or less of 1% or more and less than 3%), and has a density of 800-900 kg/m, and 5-50 pts.mass of a softening agent (D) (total amount of components (A), (B), (C) and (D) is 100 pts.mass). The automobile interior skin material using the above resin composition, and the method for manufacturing a molded body are also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
