Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a transparent noncombustible sheet, which achieves both transparency and noncombustibility, achieves both noncombustibility and heat resistance, achieves both mechanical strength and reduction in the weight, has such properties as to be usable in various use environments for a long period of time, and where a base material of a transparent synthetic resin has such noncombustibility as to prevent autoignition and firing, by an inexpensive method with the use of an inexpensive material.SOLUTION: A transparent noncombustible sheet has such a structure that a base material formed of a transparent synthetic resin having such properties as to prevent autoignition and firing is bonded to both surfaces of a base material formed of a glass fiber fabric by metal bond of an aggregate of metal fine particles having transparency. The base material of the transparent synthetic resin having such properties as to prevent autoignition and firing has such a structure that a transparent molding material is covered by metal bonding of the aggregate of the metal fine particles having transparency, and the transparent molding materials are bonded to each other by the metal bond of the metal fine particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
