Abstract:
To provide bamboo pulp having high antibacterial properties and provide various kinds of antibacterial cellulose fiber from the bamboo pulp and provide a variety of clothes having high antibacterial properties.
The bamboo pulp is produced by using bamboo as a raw material and includes more than 93% of α-cellulose. The bamboo pulp is used as a raw material to be directly dissolved in an organic solvent not via any derivative and the cellulose solution in an organic solvent is spun into cellulose fiber. The cellulose fiber contains more than 93% of α-cellulose and retain the antibacterial properties.
