Abstract:
To provide a micropattern composite having a plurality of micropatterns having a size of 10 μm or less for forming by laminating, a micro-cell structure such as a flow path, which makes the alignment of each layer easy and makes it possible to be reliably adhered to another material without the necessity of heating.
This micropattern composite 6 includes: a supporter 4; and a micropattern film 5A on the supporter 4 in which a micropattern is formed and which has no adhesion force as it is, however, develops adhesion ability by being irradiated with a UV ray or an energy ray having a wavelength shorter than that of a UV ray.
