Abstract:
The present invention provides a manufacturing method of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin used for a solar cell sealing sheet and the resin manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin comprises the following steps of putting 72-80% vinyl monomers and 20-28% vinyl acetate monomers in a tubular reactor, after adding an oxide polymerization initiator, carrying out the polymerization for 2-10 minutes under the pressure of 2500-3000 kg/cm<2> at 190-300 DEG C, wherein the oxide polymerization initiator contains a mixture mixed with (A) an ethyl hexyl hexanoate compound with an alkyl group having 4-5 carbon atoms or a peroxide trimethylhexanoic acid alkyl ester compound with the alkyl group having 4-5 carbon atoms, B a terpentine peroxide alkyl ester compounds with the alkyl group having 4-5 carbon atoms and C a peroxidating neodecanoic acid alkyl ester compounds with the alkyl group having 4-5 carbon atoms within a weight proportion range of A:B:C=50-80:10-20:10-30.
