Abstract:
To provide a production method of processed food which has a shape enabling easily and safely eating by 100% raw leaves of green and yellow vegetable mulukhiya having peculiar viscosity and smell, and hard to cook, and is excellent in deliciousness, portability and preservability.SOLUTION: A production method of laver sheet-like mulukhiya processed food includes steps of: washing and boiling soft stems and leaves of mulukhiya raw leaves; bringing the boiled mulukhiya raw leaves into paste so as not to leave grains; adding a small amount of salt to the pasty mulukhiya followed by boiling in the low heating; extending the product on a hot plate of processing dimple and cutting in a predetermined size; and finally adding heat and pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
