Abstract:
To provide a method for producing lithium difluorophosphate in an industrially advantageous manner from easily available cheap materials.
Lithium hexafluorophosphate is reacted with silicon dioxide in a non-aqueous solvent to produce lithium dilfuorophosphate, wherein the non-aqueous solvent is one or more members selected from the group consisting of a cyclic carbonate, a chain carbonate, a cyclic ester, a chain ester, a cyclic ether, a chain ether and a sulfur-containing organic solvent.
