PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous process for producing an organolithium compound having an amino group.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing an organolithium compound (8) including: a step (a) of reacting a salt (1) with alkali metal iodide (2) to obtain a salt (3); a step (b) of reacting the salt (3) with a base to obtain a compound (4); a step (c) of reacting the compound (4) with a compound (5) to obtain an organolithium compound (6); and a step (d) of reacting the organolithium compound (6) with a compound (7) having an olefinic double bond to obtain an organolithium compound (8).SELECTED DRAWING: None
