Abstract:
To provide a method for producing polyoxyalkylene diol which can suppress phase separation of polyoxyalkylene diol.SOLUTION: A method for producing polyoxyalkylene diol reacts polycarbonate diol and cyclic ether in the presence of a ring-opening polymerization catalyst, in which the polycarbonate diol is at least one of a condensate of two or more alcohols and a carbonate compound, and a reactant of one or more alcohols, and one or more cyclic esters and a carbonate compound, and satisfies the following (i) or (ii). (i) A content of a carbonate group in the polycarbonate diol is less than 30 mass%. (ii) A content of the carbonate group in the polycarbonate diol is 30 mass% or more, and a content of the carbonate group in the polyoxyalkylene diol is 11 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
