PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of effectively presenting an advertisement to a user and users near the moving user, to further improve advertising effect.SOLUTION: An advertisement providing apparatus 10 stores advertisement information including position information on the content of an advertisement. The advertisement providing apparatus 10 acquires at least one of position information associated with a user and information indicating a moving method of the user, and estimates a route which indicates a path to a destination of the user, on the basis of the acquired information. The advertisement providing apparatus 10 read advertisement information corresponding to the estimated route, from a memory, and outputs a belonging advertising object (shopping bag 60) including the read advertisement information. A two-dimensional code 62 is printed on the shopping bag 60. The two-dimensional code 62 includes information indicating the route estimated by the advertisement providing apparatus 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
