Abstract:
The device has an imaging resistive bolometer (12) sensible to an electromagnetic radiation to be detected, where the bolometer is electrically connected to a signal formation circuit e.g. integrator (10). A common mode rejection resistive bolometer e.g. reference bolometer (26), is electrically associated to the bolometer (12), such that a current passing through the reference bolometer is deducted from the current passing through the bolometer (12). A resistance control circuit (40) controls resistance of the reference bolometer by injecting the current in the reference bolometer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an infrared radiation detecting system comprising an matrix of a line of infrared radiation detecting devices (2) a method for reading a resistance variation of an imaging resistive bolometer of a matrix of bolometers of an infrared radiation detecting system.
