Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a bond magnet, in which magnetization characteristics are improved and a characteristic adjustment width is widened, and which is simple and reduces costs.SOLUTION: Regardless of a grain size of a magnet powder, magnetization characteristics at a thermally regulated temperature 50°C are high similarly but as the thermally regulated temperature becomes higher, thermal demagnetization is enlarged more for the magnet powder of a small grain size, thereby incurring a characteristic difference. Namely, the grain size of the magnet powder is set within a range where thermal fluctuation occurs, such that action of a diamagnetic field is received easily and the amount of demagnetization caused by thermal fluctuation is increased. Therefore, a method of manufacturing a bond magnet can be obtained in which high magnetization characteristics can be obtained and a characteristic adjustment width is widened, and which is simple and reduces costs.
