Abstract:
A leaf spring (11) comprises a first end part and a second end part (11c, 11h)which are integrated with the main body (11a). The front end edge (11e, 11j) of the prolonged part of the first end part and the second end part (11d, 11i) is bending process. After the bending process the front end edge of the prolonged part of the leaf spring has the function of preventing the mutual close contact of the leaf springs when multiple leaf springs are folded and dipped in the electrolyte to process the electroplating treatment, which can avoid the poor electroplating. The leaf spring can not only finish a good electroplating but also can avoid the stress concentration due to the little bending processing amount of the front end edge of the prolonged part. And thus the leaf spring has an excellent durability, which is fit for the fast dynamic spring of the fast dynamic mechanism of the microswitch.
