Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being unfit for a chemical of high viscosity, in agitation-mixing in a rotating rotor.SOLUTION: A mixer comprises a casing 1 fixed to a lower part of a driving motor A, a main shaft 2 installed in the casing 1 and connecting an upper end part to a driving shaft B of the driving motor A, a plurality of annular recessed parts 4 and 4a formed in an inner peripheral part of an insertion part 3 of the main shaft 2 in the casing 1, seal means 5 and 5a provided in upper-lower parts of the respective annular recessed parts 4 and 4a in the insertion part 3, supply ports 6 and 6a of a chemical to the annular recessed parts 4 and 4a formed in a side part of the casing 1, feed passages 7 and 7a bored on the main shaft 2 and opening on the tip with an outer peripheral surface facing to the annular recessed parts 4 and 4a, and a nozzle 8 installed on an under surface of the casing 1. Many kinds of chemicals are discharged in a spiral shape in the nozzle 8 from an outlet of the feed passages 7 and 7a of the main shaft 2 of a rotating state, and the many kinds of chemicals are merged-mixed in the nozzle in a superposed state, so that a mixed liquid is not entangled with the main shaft 2.
