Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow rate of an oil flowing in a clearance and concurrently reduce deterioration of manufacturability and increase of manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A non-stage transmission includes: a rotary shaft 18 in which a fixed sheave is integrally formed; and a movable sheave 52 which is disposed having a clearance 80 between itself and an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 18 and may be axially moved by an oil pressure of an oil. The oil supplied to move the movable sheave 52 flows in the clearance 80. In at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 18 and an inner peripheral surface 62a of the movable sheave 52 facing the rotary shaft 18, a flow resistance groove 82 is formed over a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
