Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station and method that measure reception power in a used frequency band when securing the conformity and efficiency with existing LTE and performing carrier aggregation with an increased number of component carriers.SOLUTION: A UE 100 comprises: a measurement object acquisition unit 120 for acquiring MeasObjectEUTRA including a reference frequency in a frequency band occupied by a secondary cell from a radio access network; an RSSI measuring unit 131 for measuring an RSSI in the frequency band occupied by the secondary cell on the basis of the acquired measurement object; and a measurement report unit 140 for reporting the measured RSSI to the radio access network. MeasObjectEUTRA includes MeasBandwidthRSSI allowing frequency bandwidth to be identified. The RSSI measuring unit 131 determines frequency bandwidth on the basis of MeasBandwidthRSSI, and measures the RSSI.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
