Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier system having a connector for connecting signals amplified in a plurality of amplification paths having a load modified amplifier with a second harmonic terminal.SOLUTION: Each of amplification paths comprises an amplifier and a matching network provided between the amplifier and a connector. The individual amplifiers are able to mutually act through the connector and bring about an active load pull effect. The matching network of each amplification path reduces overlapping between the waveforms of a voltage and a current in an amplifier connected to the matching network, and comprises one or a plurality of harmonic wave terminals for improving linearity of the one or the plurality of amplifiers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
