Abstract:
To improve the removal efficiency of water film flow formed on a pressure surface of a stator blade and to suppress leakage loss of the steam flow by simple processing of the stator blade, a hollow portion 12a is formed inside a stator blade 12, and a slit, extending in a height direction b of the stator blade 12, opens to a surface of the stator bade and is in communication with the hollow portion 12a. The slit 22 is carved on the surface of the stator blade and includes a recess portion 24 being flat and having a long side extending in the height direction b of the stator blade, and at least one through hole 26 which opens to the bottom surface 24a of the recess portion 24 and to the hollow portion 12a. In a projection plane to which a cross section of the slit 22 is projected in the height direction of the stator blade, an area of the inlet opening c of the through hole 26 opening to the bottom surface 24a occupies a part of a projection width of the recess portion 24.
